而今天的的主角 CintaNotes 和上面两款“大而全”的笔记软件的风格有些不同，它最大的特点就轻便、小巧、快速、免费、绿色!如果你追求的是一款纯粹的便携的资料管理软件，只关注笔记的录入与搜索而不需太多花哨功能的话，它绝对值得你一试!

CintaNotes Pro 软件介绍:

CintaNotes Pro可以设置颜色主题、字体，导出记事到文本文件或 XML 文件。选择多个记事后，可以使用 Ctrl + M 将所选记事合并。可以通过快捷键(默认为 Ctrl + F12)将其他软件选择的文本作为新记事添加到记事列表中。还可以通过多种方式实时查找记事，方便快捷。

CintaNotes 的每个记事中，都可以设置标题、链接、标签信息。其中，链接信息在主界面的记事列表查看中不能显示出来，只有在编辑模式下可以查看、打开。

官方网站称CintaNotes为“免费、轻巧、友好”的个人笔记管理软件，适合收集和管理大量文本片段(比如想法创意、文摘、博文、名言、实验数据、wiki条目……)。CintaNotes可以很方便用快捷键从任意程序收集文本，或手工添加内容;收集的内容会保留来源url。所有文本线性排列，并可添加标签(tag);搜索框中键入内容即可实时显示命中结果，非常方便。此外，也可通过标题、来源url进行搜索。

- 运行CintaNotes.exe，弹出主界面。

- 按下Insert键，添加一条笔记。

- 在其他程序中选中一段文字，按下 Ctrl+F12，此内容自动收录到CintaNotes中，并保留了原始url。

- 在搜索框键入文字，实时匹配命中内容。

- 笔记的编辑、合并、导出功能。

CintaNotes Pro 高阶技巧及说明:

- 网络资料保留来源，快速访问原文。从网页(支持IE、Firefox、Opera 10、Chrome、Safari)或chm、office文档中捕捉内容时，可以准确保持出处url。按下F3，即可访问此url。

- 多条笔记可合并。

- 笔记可导出为unicode txt文件。

- 搜索范围灵活设定:url、正文、标题、时间、全部。

- 支持全局热键:激活程序，捕捉内容，添加笔记……

- 摘要显示，全文搜索:对于过长的笔记只显示开始的前N行文字(菜单:View – Note Apperance)，最后有三角形标志。双击可在编辑状态查看全文。搜索时对全文有效。

- 长篇文字性能过关:过长的文字(以天龙八部.txt为例)在导入或搜索时，会停顿几秒钟。但滚动条浏览正常。
